用户注册成功后，LidarFlash运营方将为用户基于使用LidarFlash服务的客观需要而在申请、注册LidarFlash服务时，按照注册要求提供的帐号开通LidarFlash服务，用户有权在LidarFlash运营方为其开通并同意向其提供服务的基础上使用LidarFlash服务。同时，用户同意：
1.2.1 用户应妥善保管LidarFlash帐号及密码。
1.2.2 未经LidarFlash运营方同意，用户不得擅自买卖、转让、出租任何LidarFlash帐号或LidarFlash昵称。
1.2.3 用户使用LidarFlash服务过程中，须对自身使用LidarFlash服务的行为，对任何由用户通过LidarFlash服务发布、公开的信息，及对由此产生的任何后果承担全部责任。
1.2.4 本应用仅支持 Apple ID 登录。登录功能的设置旨在便于用户在使用订阅服务时与账户关联，以便在发生订阅问题时定位订单信息。用户在使用 Apple ID 登录时，若选择不隐藏邮箱，我们将获取并显示真实邮箱；若选择隐藏邮箱，我们将获取并显示苹果返回的虚拟邮箱。
用户使用LidarFlash服务过程中，对自身使用LidarFlash服务的行为以及通过LidarFlash服务发布、公开的任何信息享有合法权利，承担相应法律责任。同时，用户同意：
1.3.1 LidarFlash运营方对LidarFlash内容（LidarFlash内容即指用户在LidarFlash上已发布的信息，例如文字、图片、视频、音频等）享有使用权。
1.3.2 未经LidarFlash运营方事先书面许可，用户不得自行或授权、协助任何第三方非法抓取LidarFlash内容，“非法抓取”是指采用程序或者非正常浏览等技术手段获取内容数据的行为。
用户在使用LidarFlash服务过程中应当严格遵守LidarFlash运营方所发布的Robots协议。 未经LidarFlash运营方事先书面同意，任何用户不得以任何方式自行或委托任何第三方以违反上述规定的方式访问LidarFlash平台或收集任何LidarFlash内容。
在法律法规允许的范围内，用户同意并授权LidarFlash运营方就侵犯用户合法权益的行为（包括但不限于私自复制、使用、编辑、抄袭等行为）采取任何形式的法律行动，包括但不限于投诉、诉讼等必要的维权措施。
LidarFlash运营方有权直接将本服务或本协议项下权利义务委托给其关联公司或其他第三方公司进行运营、管理及履 行，LidarFlash运营方无需就此向用户另行获取授权。LidarFlash运营方将竭尽避免前述委托或变更给用户使用LidarFlash服务造成的不便，LidarFlash运营方届时将尽量及时通过网站、平 台、私信、邮件等方式进行通知。
为提高用户的LidarFlash服务使用感受和满意度，用户同意LidarFlash运营方可以对用户数据进行调查研究和分析，从而进一步优化LidarFlash服务。
LidarFlash服务的具体内容由LidarFlash运营方根据实际情况提供，包括但不限于用户使用LidarFlash服务发布观点、评论、图片、视频等，LidarFlash运营方有权对其提供的服务或产品形态进行升级或其他调整，并将及时更新页面/告知用户。
用户理解，LidarFlash运营方仅提供与LidarFlash服务相关的技术服务，除此之外与相关网络服务有关的设备（如个人电脑、手机、及其他与接入互联网或移动网有关的装置）及所需的费用（如为接入互联网而支付的电话费及上网费、为使用移动网络而支付的手机费）均由用户自行负担。
鉴于网络服务的特殊性（包括但不限于服务器的稳定性问题、恶意的网络攻击等行为的存在及其他LidarFlash运营方无 法控制的情形），用户同意LidarFlash运营方有权随时中断或终止部分或全部的LidarFlash服务（包括收费网络服务），若发生该等情形，LidarFlash运营方将尽可能及时通过网页公 告、系统通知、私信、短信提醒或其他合理方式通知受到影响的用户。
用户理解，LidarFlash运营方需要定期或不定期地对提供LidarFlash服务的平台（如互联网网站、应用程序等）或相关的设备进行检修或者维护，如因此类情况而造成服务在合理时间内的中断，LidarFlash运营方无需为此承担任何责任，但LidarFlash运营方应尽可能事先进行通告。
如发生下列任何一种情形，LidarFlash运营方有权随时中断或终止向用户提供本协议项下的LidarFlash服务，而无需对用户或任何第三方承担任何责任，由此造成的损失由用户自行独立承担：
3.3.1 用户违反法律法规国家政策或本协议中规定的使用规则
3.3.2 用户提供的个人资料不真实；
3.3.3 用户侵犯个人、企业事业单位或社会团体的合法权益，包括但不限于专利权、著作权、商标权，或姓名权、名称权、名誉权、荣誉权、肖像权、隐私权等；
3.3.4 用户在使用收费服务时未按规定为其所使用的收费服务支付相关服务费用；
3.3.5 用户损害监管部门、国家机关及政府形象；
3.3.6 用户以任何方式损害LidarFlash运营方及其关联公司的商誉或信誉等合法权益；
3.3.7 LidarFlash运营方有其他合理理由认为需要中断或终止向用户提供LidarFlash服务的。
如用户在申请开通LidarFlash服务后在任何连续90日内未实际使用，则LidarFlash运营方有权在法律法规允许的范围内选择采取以下任何一种方式进行处理：
3.4.1 回收用户帐号；
3.4.2 回收用户昵称；
3.4.3 停止为该用户提供LidarFlash服务。
用户选择将LidarFlash帐号与LidarFlash运营方合作的第三方帐号进行绑定的，除用户自行解除绑定关系外，如发生下列任何一种情形，用户已绑定的第三方帐号也有可能被解除绑定，LidarFlash运营方无需对用户或任何第三方承担任何责任：
3.5.1 用户违反第三方用户协议或其相关规定的；
3.5.2 用户违反法律法规国家政策、本协议的；
3.5.3 第三方帐号所属平台或业务已关停的；
3.5.4 第三方帐号所属的站方要求解除绑定的；
3.5.5 依据法律法规国家政策规定或主管部门要求的；
3.5.6 LidarFlash运营方有合理理由认为需要解除绑定的。
用户可自行编辑注册信息中的帐号名称、昵称、头像、简介等（以下简称“帐号信息”），但应遵守相关法律法规，不得含有违法和不良信息。
用户注册LidarFlash帐号，制作、发布、传播信息内容的，应当使用真实身份信息及个人资料，不得以虚假或冒用的居民身份信息、企业相关信息进行注册；若用户的个人资料有任何变动，用户应及时更新。
未经相关权利人授权，用户不得以他人或其他组织机构名义注册LidarFlash帐号，亦不得使用引人误解的信息注册LidarFlash帐号，包括但不限于让人误认为该帐号与其他个人或机构组织存在关联关系的名称、头像或简介等。
新闻媒体和政务机关开设LidarFlash帐号的，除根据本协议约定使用LidarFlash服务以外，还应遵守相关法律法规、组织规则及监管规定。
4.2.1 媒体帐号，是指具有法定新闻资质的新闻单位在LidarFlash上开设的机构认证帐号。媒体帐号在使用LidarFlash服务时应当接受新闻主管部门和网信部门的统一管理。
4.2.2 政务帐号，是指各级党政机关、民主党派、人民团体开设的机构认证帐号。政务帐号在使用LidarFlash服务时应当接受网信部门的统一管理，并根据自身的职责、章程和上级单位的管理要求进行管理。
用户知悉并同意，以下信息一经用户提交确认则无法更改，因内容瑕疵（包括但不限于错误，不完整、不满意等）所造成的损失及后果由用户独立承担：
4.3.1 LidarFlash运营方规定的确定后无法修改的帐号信息。
4.3.2 LidarFlash帐号个性域名；
LidarFlash运营方将建立健全用户信息安全管理制度、落实技术安全防控措施。LidarFlash运营方将对用户使用LidarFlash服务过程中涉及的用户隐私内容加以保护。
对于用户在LidarFlash中发表或存储的LidarFlash内容，LidarFlash运营方建议用户自行不定期备份。用户理解并同意，如用户通过使用注销帐号功能而主动停止使用LidarFlash服务或LidarFlash服务被终止或取消的，LidarFlash运营方无法向用户返还或提供任何数据。
为维护LidarFlash平台的稳定运营，确保用户体验质量，未经LidarFlash运营方事先书面许可，任何人不得擅自在LidarFlash平台上实施自动化行为或发布垃圾信息。
4.5.1 自动化行为，是指未经LidarFlash运营方同意，用户自行或授权、协助第三方采用自动化手段或明显异于常人的、远高于正常用户频率地发布LidarFlash动态、评论、消息或作出关注、点赞、抓取数据等的行为。
4.5.2 垃圾信息，是指未经LidarFlash运营方同意，擅自使用LidarFlash帐号（包括通过作弊手段批量注册的LidarFlash帐号、普通LidarFlash帐号等）在LidarFlash动态、评论、消息、帐号信息中发布的营销信息、无意义信息或买卖粉丝信息。
用户知悉并同意，LidarFlash运营方有权根据技术规则通过检测验证等方式判断用户帐号行为是否构成自动化行为、用 户帐号所发布的信息是否为垃圾信息，并采取相关措施予以处理。所有处理措施所依据的数据及信息（包括但不限于帐号操作记录、LidarFlash动态、评论、点赞等）均以 LidarFlash平台后台记录为准。
由于LidarFlash服务的存在前提是用户在申请开通LidarFlash服务的过程中所提供的帐号，用户不应将其帐号、密码转让或出 借予他人使用。如用户发现其帐号或LidarFlash服务遭他人非法使用，应立即通知LidarFlash运营方。因黑客行为或用户的保管疏忽等非LidarFlash运营方原因导致帐号、密码及LidarFlash服务遭他人非法使用的，由用户自行承担相关责任。
用户同意LidarFlash运营方在提供LidarFlash服务过程中以各种方式投放各种商业性广告或其他任何类型的商业信息（包括但不限于在LidarFlash平台网站的任何页面上投放广告），并且，用户同意接受LidarFlash运营方通过电子邮件、私信或其他方式向用户发送商品促销或其他相关商业信息。
为了更好地促进信息分享及宣传推广，用户授权LidarFlash运营方可在LidarFlash及其关联产品和服务上使用LidarFlash内容，以及 为宣传推广之目的将上述内容许可给第三方使用。用户对LidarFlash运营方及其关联公司的前述授权并不改变用户发布内容的所有权及知识产权归属，也并不影响用户行使 其对发布内容的合法权利。
用户在使用LidarFlash服务的过程中应文明发言，并依法尊重其它用户的人格权与身份权等人身权利，共同建立和谐、文明、礼貌的网络社交环境。
用户在使用LidarFlash服务过程中，必须遵循以下原则：
4.10.1 不得违反中华人民共和国法律法规及相关国际条约或规则；
4.10.2 不得违反与网络服务、LidarFlash服务有关的网络协议、规定、程序及行业规则；
4.10.3 不得进行任何可能对互联网或移动网正常运转造成不利影响的行为；
4.10.4 不得上传、展示或传播任何不实虚假、冒充性的、骚扰性的、中伤性的、攻击性的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、种族歧视性的、诽谤诋毁、泄露隐私、色情淫秽、恶意抄袭、暴力、血腥、自杀、自残的或其他任何非法的信息资料；
4.10.5 不得侵犯任何个人、企业事业单位或社会团体的合法权益，包括但不限于专利权、著作权、商标权，或姓名权、名称权、名誉权、荣誉权、肖像权、隐私权等；
4.10.6 不得为其他任何非法目的而使用LidarFlash服务。
4.10.7 不得以任何方式损害LidarFlash运营方及其关联公司的商誉或信誉等合法权益；
4.10.8 不得从事其他任何影响LidarFlash运营方正常运营、破坏LidarFlash经营模式或其他有害LidarFlash生态的行为；
4.10.9 不得以任何方式损害各级国家机关及政府形象；
针对某些特定的LidarFlash服务的使用规则及说明，LidarFlash运营方通过各种方式（包括但不限于网页公告、系统通知、消息、短信提醒等）作出的任何声明、通知、警示等内容均视为本协议的一部分，用户如使用该等LidarFlash服务，视为用户同意该等声明、通知、警示的内容。
LidarFlash运营方有权对用户使用LidarFlash服务的行为及信息进行审查、监督及处理，包括但不限于用户信息。

After successful user registration, the LidarFlash operator will, based on the objective needs of using LidarFlash services, provide the user with the LidarFlash service account opened at the time of application and registration according to the registration requirements. The user has the right to use LidarFlash services on the basis that the LidarFlash operator agrees to provide services to them. At the same time, users agree:
1.2.1 Users should properly keep the LidarFlash account and password.
1.2.2 Without the consent of the LidarFlash operator, users may not sell, transfer, rent any LidarFlash accounts or LidarFlash nicknames.
1.2.3 When using LidarFlash services, users are responsible for all consequences arising from any information published and disclosed through LidarFlash services by users.
1.2.4 This application only supports Apple ID login. The login function is designed to facilitate the association with the account when the user uses the subscription service, so as to locate the order information when a subscription problem occurs. When logging in with Apple ID, if the user chooses not to hide the email, we will obtain and display the real email; if the user chooses to hide the email, we will obtain and display the virtual email returned by Apple.
When using LidarFlash services, users enjoy legitimate rights over their own use of LidarFlash services and any information published and disclosed through LidarFlash services, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities. At the same time, users agree:
1.3.1 The LidarFlash operator enjoys the right to use LidarFlash content (LidarFlash content refers to information that users have published on LidarFlash, such as text, pictures, videos, audio, etc.).
1.3.2 Without the prior written permission of the LidarFlash operator, users may not independently or authorize or assist any third party to illegally crawl LidarFlash content, "illegal crawling" refers to the behavior of obtaining content data through automated means or non-normal browsing methods.
Users must strictly comply with the Robots protocol issued by the LidarFlash operator when using LidarFlash services. Without the prior written consent of the LidarFlash operator, no user may, in any way, independently or entrust or assist any third party to access the LidarFlash platform or collect any LidarFlash content in violation of the above regulations.
Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, users agree and authorize the LidarFlash operator to take any form of legal action for behaviors that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of users (including but not limited to private copying, use, editing, plagiarism, etc.), including but not limited to complaints, lawsuits and other necessary rights protection measures.
The LidarFlash operator has the right to directly entrust the rights and obligations under this service or this Agreement to its affiliated companies or other third-party companies for operation, management and performance, and the LidarFlash operator does not need to obtain authorization from users in advance for this. The LidarFlash operator will try to avoid any inconvenience caused to users' use of LidarFlash services due to the above-mentioned entrustment or changes. The LidarFlash operator will notify users through websites, platforms, private messages, emails and other reasonable ways in time.
In order to improve users' LidarFlash service usage experience and satisfaction, users agree that the LidarFlash operator can conduct research and analysis on user data, so as to further optimize LidarFlash services.
The specific content of LidarFlash services is provided by the LidarFlash operator according to actual conditions, including but not limited to users publishing opinions, comments, pictures, videos, etc. through LidarFlash services. The LidarFlash operator has the right to upgrade or otherwise adjust the service or product forms provided to users, and will update the page/notify users in time.
Users understand that the LidarFlash operator only provides related technical services for LidarFlash services, and all equipment related to network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile networks) and required costs (such as telephone fees and Internet fees paid for accessing the Internet, mobile phone fees paid for using mobile networks) are borne by users themselves.
Due to the special nature of network services (including but not limited to the stability issues of servers, malicious network attacks and other behaviors, and other circumstances that the LidarFlash operator cannot control), users agree that the LidarFlash operator has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the LidarFlash services at any time (including paid network services). If such circumstances occur, the LidarFlash operator will notify the affected users through webpage announcements, system notifications, private messages, SMS reminders or other reasonable ways as soon as possible.
Users understand that the LidarFlash operator needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platforms (such as Internet websites, applications, etc.) that provide LidarFlash services or related equipment due to such circumstances, and if the service interruption occurs within a reasonable time due to this, the LidarFlash operator does not need to bear any responsibility for this, but the LidarFlash operator should notify in advance as much as possible.
If any of the following circumstances occur, the LidarFlash operator has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of LidarFlash services under this Agreement to users at any time, without bearing any responsibility to users or any third party, and the losses caused by this shall be borne independently by users:
3.3.1 Users violate laws and regulations and national policies or the usage rules stipulated in this Agreement
3.3.2 Users provide untrue personal information;
3.3.3 Users infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, enterprises and institutions or social organizations, including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, trademarks, or names rights, name rights, reputation rights, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc.;
3.3.4 Users fail to pay the relevant service fees for the paid services they use in accordance with regulations;
3.3.5 Users damage the image of regulatory authorities, national agencies and governments;
3.3.6 Users damage the legitimate rights and interests of the LidarFlash operator and its affiliates such as reputation or goodwill in any way;
3.3.7 The LidarFlash operator has other reasonable reasons to believe that it is necessary to interrupt or terminate the provision of LidarFlash services to users.
If users have not actually used LidarFlash services within any continuous 90 days after applying for opening LidarFlash services, the LidarFlash operator has the right, within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, to choose to take any of the following measures:
3.4.1 Recycle user accounts;
3.4.2 Recycle user nicknames;
3.4.3 Stop providing LidarFlash services to the user.
If users choose to bind their LidarFlash accounts with third-party accounts cooperated by the LidarFlash operator, except for users' self-unbinding relationship, if any of the following circumstances occur, users' bound third-party accounts may also be unbound, and the LidarFlash operator does not need to bear any responsibility to users or any third party:
3.5.1 Users violate third-party user agreements or their relevant regulations;
3.5.2 Users violate laws and regulations and national policies or this Agreement;
3.5.3 The third-party account platform or business has been shut down;
3.5.4 The third-party account platform requires unbinding;
3.5.5 Required by laws and regulations and national policies or competent authorities;
3.5.6 The LidarFlash operator has reasonable reasons to believe that it is necessary to unbind.
Users can edit the account name, nickname, avatar, profile, etc. in the registration information by themselves (hereinafter referred to as "account information"), but must comply with relevant laws and regulations and must not contain illegal and bad information.
Users registering LidarFlash accounts and creating, publishing, and disseminating information content must use real identity information and personal information, and may not register with false or impersonating resident identity information, corporate related information; and may not use information that is misleading to make others believe that the account has associations with other individuals or organizations, including but not limited to names, avatars or profiles that make people mistakenly believe that the account is associated with other individuals or institutions.
Without the authorization of relevant rights holders, users may not register LidarFlash accounts in the names of others or other organizations, nor may they register LidarFlash accounts with information that is misleading, including but not limited to names, avatars or profiles that make people mistakenly believe that the account has associations with other individuals or institutions.
News media and government agencies opening LidarFlash accounts shall, in addition to using LidarFlash services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, also comply with relevant laws and regulations, organizational rules and regulatory requirements.
4.2.1 Media accounts are institutional certification accounts opened by news units with statutory news qualifications on LidarFlash. Media accounts must accept unified management by news authorities and network authorities when using LidarFlash services.
4.2.2 Government accounts are institutional certification accounts opened by party and government organs, democratic parties, people's organizations at all levels. Government accounts must accept unified management by network authorities when using LidarFlash services, and manage according to their own responsibilities, charters and management requirements of superior units.
Users understand and agree that once the following information is confirmed and submitted by users, it cannot be changed due to content defects (including but not limited to errors, incompleteness, dissatisfaction, etc.), and the losses and consequences caused by this shall be borne independently by users:
4.3.1 LidarFlash operator's prescribed account information that cannot be modified after confirmation.
4.3.2 LidarFlash account domain name;
The LidarFlash operator will establish and improve user information security management system and implement technical security prevention measures. The LidarFlash operator will protect the user privacy content involved in users' use of LidarFlash services.
For LidarFlash content published or stored by users on LidarFlash, the LidarFlash operator recommends that users back up irregularly by themselves. Users understand and agree that if users actively stop using LidarFlash services through the account cancellation function or LidarFlash services are terminated or cancelled, the LidarFlash operator cannot return or provide any data to users.
In order to maintain the stable operation of the LidarFlash platform, ensure user experience quality, without the prior written permission of the LidarFlash operator, no one may implement automated behaviors on the LidarFlash platform or publish spam information.
4.5.1 Automated behavior refers to the behavior of publishing LidarFlash dynamics, comments, messages or making attention, likes, data crawling, etc. in a frequency far higher than that of normal users or obviously different from normal people without the consent of the LidarFlash operator, whether independently by users or authorized or assisted by third parties.
4.5.2 Spam information refers to the unauthorized use of LidarFlash accounts (including ordinary LidarFlash accounts, etc. registered through cheating means in batches) to publish marketing information, meaningless information or fan-buying information in LidarFlash dynamics, comments, messages, account information without the consent of the LidarFlash operator.
Users understand and agree that the LidarFlash operator has the right to judge whether the user's account behavior constitutes automated behavior or whether the information published by the user's account is spam information through detection and verification methods according to technical rules, and take relevant measures to deal with it. All processing measures shall be based on the records in the LidarFlash platform backend for all data and information (including but not limited to account operation records, LidarFlash dynamics, comments, likes, etc.).
Since the existence premise of LidarFlash services is the account provided by users when applying for opening LidarFlash services, users should not transfer or lend their accounts and passwords to others for use. If users find that their accounts or LidarFlash services are illegally used by others, they should notify the LidarFlash operator immediately. For account and password losses caused by hacker behaviors or users' own negligence that the LidarFlash operator cannot control, users shall bear the relevant responsibilities themselves.
Users agree that the LidarFlash operator may place various commercial advertisements or any other types of commercial information (including but not limited to placing advertisements on any page of the LidarFlash platform website) in various ways during the provision of LidarFlash services, and users agree to accept the LidarFlash operator sending product promotion or other related commercial information to users through email, private messages or other ways.
In order to better promote information sharing and promotion, users authorize the LidarFlash operator to use LidarFlash content on LidarFlash and its affiliated products and services, and to license the above content to third parties for promotion purposes. Users' authorization to the LidarFlash operator and its affiliated companies does not change users' ownership and intellectual property rights attribution of published content, nor does it affect users' exercise of their legitimate rights over published content.
Users should speak civilized when using LidarFlash services and respect the personality rights and identity rights of other users in accordance with laws, and jointly establish a harmonious, civilized and polite network social environment.
When using LidarFlash services, users must follow the following principles:
4.10.1 Must not violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties or rules;
4.10.2 Must not violate the network protocols, regulations, procedures and industry rules related to network services and LidarFlash services;
4.10.3 Must not perform any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;
4.10.4 Must not upload, display or disseminate any untrue and false, impersonating, harassing, slandering, attacking, insulting, racial discriminating, defamatory, privacy-leaking, pornographic obscene, malicious plagiarism, violent, bloody, suicidal, self-harming or any other illegal information materials;
4.10.5 Must not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, enterprises and institutions or social organizations, including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, trademarks, or names rights, name rights, reputation rights, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc.;
4.10.6 Must not use LidarFlash services for any other illegal purposes.
4.10.7 Must not damage the legitimate rights and interests of the LidarFlash operator and its affiliates such as reputation or goodwill in any way;
4.10.8 Must not engage in any other behavior that affects the normal operation of the LidarFlash operator, destroys the LidarFlash business model or harms the LidarFlash ecosystem;
4.10.9 Must not damage the image of national agencies and governments at all levels in any way;
For the specific usage rules and instructions of certain specific LidarFlash services, the LidarFlash operator announces, notifies, warns or other contents in various ways (including but not limited to webpage announcements, system notifications, messages, SMS reminders, etc.), all of which are deemed as part of this Agreement, and if users use such LidarFlash services, they are deemed to agree to the content of such announcements, notifications, warnings, etc.
The LidarFlash operator has the right to review, supervise and handle the behaviors and information of users using LidarFlash services, including but not limited to user information.

ユーザー登録が成功した後、LidarFlash運営者は、LidarFlashサービスの使用に関する客観的なニーズに基づき、登録要件に従って申請および登録時に提供されたLidarFlashサービスアカウントを開設します。ユーザーは、LidarFlash運営者が彼らにサービスを提供することに同意することを条件として、LidarFlashサービスを使用する権利を有します。同時に、ユーザーは同意します：
1.2.1 ユーザーはLidarFlashアカウントとパスワードを適切に保管する必要があります。
1.2.2 LidarFlash運営者の同意なしに、ユーザーはいかなるLidarFlashアカウントまたはLidarFlashニックネームも販売、譲渡、賃貸することができません。
1.2.3 LidarFlashサービスの使用時、ユーザーはLidarFlashサービスを通じて公開されたあらゆる情報から生じる全ての結果に対して責任を負います。
1.2.4 本アプリはApple IDログインのみをサポートしています。ログイン機能の設定は、ユーザーがサブスクリプションサービスを使用する際にアカウントと関連付け、サブスクリプションの問題が発生した際に注文情報を特定しやすくすることを目的としています。ユーザーがApple IDでログインする際、メールを非表示にしないことを選択した場合、私たちは実際のメールを取得して表示します。メールを非表示にすることを選択した場合、Appleが返す仮想メールを取得して表示します。
LidarFlashサービスの使用時、ユーザーは自身のLidarFlashサービスの使用およびLidarFlashサービスを通じて公開されたあらゆる情報に対して正当な権利を享有し、対応する法的責任を負います。同時に、ユーザーは同意します：
1.3.1 LidarFlash運営者はLidarFlashコンテンツ（LidarFlashコンテンツとは、ユーザーがLidarFlash上で公開した情報、テキスト、画像、ビデオ、オーディオなどを指す）の使用権を享有します。
1.3.2 LidarFlash運営者の事前の書面許可なしに、ユーザーは独立してまたは第三者に許可または支援してLidarFlashコンテンツを違法にクロールすることができません。「違法クロール」とは、自動化された手段または非正常な閲覧方法によってコンテンツデータを取得する行為を指します。
LidarFlashサービスの使用時、ユーザーはLidarFlash運営者が発行するRobotsプロトコルを厳格に遵守する必要があります。 LidarFlash運営者の事前の書面同意なしに、いかなるユーザーも、上記の規定に違反する方法でいかなる方法でも独立してまたは委託または支援して第三者にLidarFlashプラットフォームにアクセスしたり、LidarFlashコンテンツを収集したりすることができません。
法律および規制が許可する範囲内で、ユーザーは同意し、LidarFlash運営者にユーザーの正当な権利利益を侵害する行為（私的コピー、使用、編集、剽窃などを含むがこれに限定されない）に対してあらゆる形態の法的措置を取ることを許可します。これには訴訟などの必要な権利保護措置が含まれます。

LidarFlashサービスの具体的な内容は、LidarFlash運営者が実際の状況に従って提供し、ユーザーがLidarFlashサービスを通じて意見、コメント、画像、ビデオなどを公開することを含みますがこれに限定されません。LidarFlash運営者は、ユーザーに提供するサービスまたは製品形態をアップグレードまたはその他の調整を行う権利を有し、ページを更新/ユーザーに通知します。
ユーザーは、LidarFlash運営者がLidarFlashサービスに関連する技術サービスのみを提供することを理解し、ネットワークサービスに関連する全ての機器（パーソナルコンピュータ、携帯電話、インターネットまたはモバイルネットワークへのアクセスに関連する他の機器など）および必要な費用（インターネットアクセスに支払う電話料金とインターネット料金、モバイルネットワークの使用に支払う携帯料金など）は全てユーザー自身が負担します。
ネットワークサービスの特殊性により（サーバーの安定性問題、悪意あるネットワーク攻撃などの行為を含みますがこれに限定されず、LidarFlash運営者が制御できない他の状況）、ユーザーはLidarFlash運営者がいつでも一部または全てのLidarFlashサービス（有料ネットワークサービスを含む）を中断または終了する権利を有することを同意します。このような状況が発生した場合、LidarFlash運営者はウェブページ公告、システム通知、プライベートメッセージ、SMSリマインダーまたは他の合理的な方法を通じて影響を受けるユーザーにできるだけ早く通知します。
ユーザーは、LidarFlash運営者がこのような状況によりLidarFlashサービスを提供するプラットフォーム（インターネットウェブサイト、アプリケーションなど）または関連機器を定期または不定期に検査または保守する必要があることを理解し、このために合理的な時間内にサービス中断が発生した場合、LidarFlash運営者はこれについて責任を負う必要はありませんが、LidarFlash運営者はできるだけ事前に通知します。

3.3.6 ユーザーがいかなる方法でもLidarFlash運営者およびその関連会社の名誉や信用などの正当な権利利益を損なう；
3.3.7 LidarFlash運営者がユーザーにLidarFlashサービスを提供することを中断または終了する必要があると合理的に考える他の理由がある。
LidarFlashサービスの開設を申請した後、連続90日以内に実際にLidarFlashサービスを使用していない場合、LidarFlash運営者は法律および規制が許可する範囲内で以下のいずれかの措置を取ることを選択する権利を有します：
3.4.1 ユーザーアカウントを回収；
3.4.2 ユーザーニックネームを回収；
3.4.3 ユーザーにLidarFlashサービスを提供することを停止。
ユーザーがLidarFlashアカウントをLidarFlash運営者が協力する第三者アカウントにバインドすることを選択した場合、ユーザーの自己バインド解除関係を除き、以下のいずれかの状況が発生した場合、ユーザーのバインドされた第三者アカウントもバインド解除される可能性があり、LidarFlash運営者はユーザーまたはいかなる第三者に対しても責任を負いません：
3.5.1 ユーザーが第三者のユーザー規約またはその関連規定に違反；
3.5.2 ユーザーが法律および規制、国家政策または本規約に違反；
3.5.3 第三者アカウントのプラットフォームまたはビジネスが閉鎖；
3.5.4 第三者アカウントのプラットフォームがバインド解除を要求；
3.5.5 法律および規制、国家政策または主管当局が要求；
3.5.6 LidarFlash運営者がバインド解除が必要であると合理的に考える。
ユーザーは登録情報のアカウント名、ニックネーム、アバター、プロフィールなどを自分で編集できます（以下「アカウント情報」と呼ぶ）が、関連する法律および規制を遵守しなければならず、違法および不良情報を含んではいけません。
LidarFlashアカウントを登録し、情報コンテンツを作成、公開、配布するユーザーは、真実の身元情報および個人情報を使用しなければならず、偽造または偽装住民身元情報、企業関連情報で登録することができません。また、他者がこのアカウントが他の個人または組織と関連があると誤解するような誤解を招く情報を使用して登録することができません。これには、他の個人または機関と関連があると誤解する名前、アバターまたはプロフィールなどが含まれますがこれに限定されません。
関連する権利者の許可なしに、ユーザーは他人または他の組織の名義でLidarFlashアカウントを登録することができません。また、誤解を招く情報でLidarFlashアカウントを登録することができません。これには、他の個人または機関と関連があると誤解する名前、アバターまたはプロフィールなどが含まれますがこれに限定されません。
ニュースメディアおよび政府機関がLidarFlashアカウントを開設する場合、本規約の規定に従ってLidarFlashサービスを使用する以外に、関連する法律および規制、組織規則および規制要件を遵守する必要があります。
4.2.1 メディアアカウントは、法定ニュース資格を有するニュース単位がLidarFlash上で開設する機関認証アカウントです。メディアアカウントはLidarFlashサービスの使用時、ニュース当局およびネットワーク当局の統一管理を受け入れます。
4.2.2 政府アカウントは、全レベルの党政機関、民主党派、人民団体が開設する機関認証アカウントです。政府アカウントはLidarFlashサービスの使用時、ネットワーク当局の統一管理を受け入れ、自身の責任、章程および上級単位の管理要件に従って管理します。
ユーザーは、以下の情報がユーザーによって確認および提出された場合、コンテンツの欠陥（エラー、不完全、不満などを含みますがこれに限定されない）により変更できないことを理解し、同意し、これにより生じる損失および結果はユーザーが独立して負担することを理解し、同意します：
4.3.1 LidarFlash運営者が規定する確認後に変更できないアカウント情報。
4.3.2 LidarFlashアカウントドメイン名；
LidarFlash運営者は、ユーザー情報セキュリティ管理システムを確立および改善し、技術セキュリティ防止措置を実施します。LidarFlash運営者は、ユーザーのLidarFlashサービスの使用に関連するユーザープライバシーコンテンツを保護します。
LidarFlash上でユーザーが公開または保存したLidarFlashコンテンツについて、LidarFlash運営者はユーザーに自分で不定期にバックアップすることを推奨します。ユーザーは、アカウント取消機能を通じて積極的にLidarFlashサービスの使用を停止する場合、またはLidarFlashサービスが終了または取消される場合、LidarFlash運営者がユーザーにいかなるデータも返却または提供できないことを理解し、同意します。
LidarFlashプラットフォームの安定した運営を維持し、ユーザー体験品質を確保するため、LidarFlash運営者の事前の書面許可なしに、誰もLidarFlashプラットフォーム上で自動化された動作を実装したり、スパム情報を公開したりすることができません。
4.5.1 自動化された動作とは、LidarFlash運営者の同意なしに、ユーザー自身が独立してまたは第三者に許可または支援して、通常のユーザーよりもはるかに高い頻度または明らかに通常の人とは異なる方法でLidarFlashダイナミクス、コメント、メッセージを公開したり、注意、いいね、データクローリングなどを行う行為を指します。
4.5.2 スパム情報とは、LidarFlash運営者の同意なしに、LidarFlashアカウント（詐欺手段でバッチ登録された通常のLidarFlashアカウントなどを含む）を使用して、LidarFlashダイナミクス、コメント、メッセージ、アカウント情報でマーケティング情報、無意味な情報またはファン購入情報を公開する行為を指します。
ユーザーは、LidarFlash運営者が技術規則に従って検出および検証方法を通じてユーザーのアカウント動作が自動化された動作を構成するかどうか、またはユーザーのアカウントが公開する情報がスパム情報であるかどうかを判断する権利を有し、関連する措置を取って処理することを理解し、同意します。全ての処理措置は、LidarFlashプラットフォームバックエンドの記録に基づき、全てのデータおよび情報（アカウント操作記録、LidarFlashダイナミクス、コメント、いいねなどを含みますがこれに限定されません）に基づきます。
LidarFlashサービスの存在前提は、ユーザーがLidarFlashサービスの開設を申請する際に提供したアカウントであるため、ユーザーはアカウントとパスワードを他人に譲渡または貸与して使用させてはいけません。ユーザーがアカウントまたはLidarFlashサービスが他人によって違法に使用されていることを発見した場合、直ちにLidarFlash運営者に通知する必要があります。ハッカー行為またはユーザーの自身の過失によりLidarFlash運営者が制御できないアカウントとパスワードの損失については、ユーザーが関連する責任を自分で負担します。
ユーザーは、LidarFlash運営者がLidarFlashサービスの提供中にさまざまな方法でさまざまな商業広告またはその他のタイプの商業情報（LidarFlashプラットフォームウェブサイトのあらゆるページに広告を掲載することを含みますがこれに限定されません）を配置することを同意し、ユーザーはLidarFlash運営者がメール、プライベートメッセージまたは他の方法を通じてユーザー製品プロモーションまたは他の関連商業情報を送信することを受け入れることを同意します。
情報共有とプロモーションをより良く促進するため、ユーザーはLidarFlash運営者がLidarFlashおよびその関連製品とサービス上でLidarFlashコンテンツを使用することを許可し、上記のコンテンツをプロモーション目的で第三者にライセンスすることを許可します。ユーザーのLidarFlash運営者およびその関連会社への許可は、公開コンテンツの所有権および知的財産権の帰属を変更せず、ユーザーが公開コンテンツに対する正当な権利を行使することに影響しません。
ユーザーはLidarFlashサービスの使用時、文明的に発言し、法律に従って他のユーザーの人格権と身元権を尊重し、共同で調和的、文明的、礼儀正しいネットワークソーシャル環境を確立する必要があります。
LidarFlashサービスの使用時、ユーザーは以下の原則に従わなければなりません：
4.10.1 中華人民共和国の法律および規制および関連国際条約または規則に違反してはいけません；
4.10.2 ネットワークサービスおよびLidarFlashサービスに関連するネットワークプロトコル、規制、手順および業界規則に違反してはいけません；
4.10.3 インターネットまたはモバイルネットワークの正常な運営に悪影響を及ぼす可能性のあるいかなる動作も行ってはいけません；
4.10.4 真実でない虚偽の、偽装の、嫌がらせの、中傷の、攻撃の、侮辱の、人種差別の、名誉毀損の、プライバシー漏洩の、ポルノ猥褻の、悪意ある剽窃の、暴力の、血なまぐさい、自殺の、自傷のまたはその他の違法な情報資料をアップロード、表示または配布してはいけません；
4.10.5 個人、企業および機関または社会団体の正当な権利利益を侵害してはいけません。特許権、著作権、商標、または名称権、名誉権、栄誉権、肖像権、プライバシー権などを含みますがこれに限定されません；
4.10.6 LidarFlashサービスを他のいかなる違法目的で使用してはいけません。
4.10.7 いかなる方法でもLidarFlash運営者およびその関連会社の名誉や信用などの正当な権利利益を損なってはいけません；
4.10.8 LidarFlash運営者の正常な運営に影響を与え、LidarFlashビジネスモデルを破壊し、またはLidarFlashエコシステムを害する他のいかなる動作にも従事してはいけません；
4.10.9 いかなる方法でも国家機関および政府のイメージを損なってはいけません；
特定のLidarFlashサービスの特定の使用規則および説明について、LidarFlash運営者がさまざまな方法（ウェブページ公告、システム通知、メッセージ、SMSリマインダーなどを含みますがこれに限定されません）で発表、通知、警告または他の内容を行う場合、これらは全て本規約の一部と見なされ、ユーザーがこのようなLidarFlashサービスを使用する場合、このような発表、通知、警告などの内容に同意したと見なされます。
LidarFlash運営者は、LidarFlashサービスを使用するユーザーの動作および情報をレビュー、監督および処理する権利を有します。ユーザー情報を含みますがこれに限定されません。

1.2.3 Quando utilizzano i servizi LidarFlash, gli utenti sono responsabili di tutte le conseguenze derivanti da qualsiasi informazione pubblicata e divulgata attraverso i servizi LidarFlash dagli utenti.
1.2.4 Questa applicazione supporta solo l'accesso con Apple ID. La funzione di accesso è progettata per facilitare l'associazione con l'account quando l'utente utilizza il servizio di abbonamento, in modo da individuare le informazioni dell'ordine in caso di problemi con l'abbonamento. Quando utilizzano i servizi LidarFlash, gli utenti godono di diritti legittimi sul proprio utilizzo dei servizi LidarFlash e su qualsiasi informazione pubblicata e divulgata attraverso i servizi LidarFlash, e ne assumono le corrispondenti responsabilità legali. Allo stesso tempo, gli utenti accettano:
1.3.1 L'operatore LidarFlash gode del diritto di utilizzo dei contenuti LidarFlash (i contenuti LidarFlash si riferiscono alle informazioni che gli utenti hanno pubblicato su LidarFlash, come testo, immagini, video, audio, ecc.).
Quando utilizzano i servizi LidarFlash, gli utenti devono rispettare rigorosamente il protocollo Robots emesso dall'operatore LidarFlash. Senza il preventivo consenso scritto dell'operatore LidarFlash, nessun utente può, in qualsiasi modo, accedere indipendentemente o delegare o assistere terzi ad accedere alla piattaforma LidarFlash o raccogliere qualsiasi contenuto LidarFlash in violazione delle suddette disposizioni.
Nell'ambito consentito dalle leggi e dai regolamenti, gli utenti accettano e autorizzano l'operatore LidarFlash a intraprendere qualsiasi forma di azione legale per comportamenti che violano i legittimi diritti e interessi degli utenti (inclusi ma non limitati a copia privata, utilizzo, modifica, plagio, ecc.), inclusi ma non limitati a denunce, procedimenti giudiziari e altre necessarie misure di protezione dei diritti.
L'operatore LidarFlash ha il diritto di delegare direttamente i diritti e gli obblighi ai sensi del presente servizio o Accordo alle sue società affiliate o ad altre società terze per l'operazione, la gestione e l'adempimento, e l'operatore LidarFlash non ha bisogno di ottenere autorizzazione preventiva dagli utenti per questo. L'operatore LidarFlash si sforzerà di evitare qualsiasi inconveniente causato all'utilizzo dei servizi LidarFlash degli utenti a causa del suddetto incarico o modifica. L'operatore LidarFlash notificherà tempestivamente attraverso siti web, piattaforme, messaggi privati, email e altri mezzi ragionevoli.
Per migliorare l'esperienza di utilizzo e la soddisfazione dei servizi LidarFlash degli utenti, gli utenti accettano che l'operatore LidarFlash possa condurre ricerche e analisi sui dati degli utenti, al fine di ottimizzare ulteriormente i servizi LidarFlash.
Il contenuto specifico dei servizi LidarFlash è fornito dall'operatore LidarFlash secondo le condizioni effettive, inclusi ma non limitati al fatto che gli utenti pubblicano opinioni, commenti, immagini, video, ecc. attraverso i servizi LidarFlash. L'operatore LidarFlash ha il diritto di aggiornare o regolare altrimenti le forme di servizio o prodotto fornite agli utenti, e aggiornerà la pagina/notificherà gli utenti tempestivamente.
Gli utenti comprendono che l'operatore LidarFlash fornisce solo servizi tecnici relativi ai servizi LidarFlash, e tutte le attrezzature relative ai servizi di rete (come computer personali, telefoni cellulari e altri dispositivi relativi all'accesso a Internet o reti mobili) e i costi richiesti (come le tariffe telefoniche e Internet pagate per accedere a Internet, le tariffe cellulari pagate per l'utilizzo di reti mobili) sono a carico degli utenti stessi.

Se si verifica una qualsiasi delle seguenti circostanze, l'operatore LidarFlash ha il diritto di interrompere o terminare in qualsiasi momento la fornitura di servizi LidarFlash agli utenti ai sensi del presente Accordo, senza assumersi alcuna responsabilità nei confronti degli utenti o di qualsiasi terza parte, e le perdite causate da questo saranno sopportate indipendentemente dagli utenti:
3.3.1 Gli utenti violano leggi e regolamenti e politiche nazionali o le regole di utilizzo stabilite nel presente Accordo
3.3.2 Gli utenti forniscono informazioni personali non veritiere;
3.3.3 Gli utenti violano i legittimi diritti e interessi di individui, imprese e istituzioni o organizzazioni sociali, inclusi ma non limitati a diritti di brevetto, diritti d'autore, marchi, o diritti di nome, diritti di reputazione, diritti d'onore, diritti di immagine, diritti di privacy, ecc.;
3.3.4 Gli utenti non pagano le relative tariffe di servizio per i servizi a pagamento che utilizzano secondo le disposizioni;
3.3.5 Gli utenti danneggiano l'immagine delle autorità di regolamentazione, degli organi nazionali e dei governi;
3.3.6 Gli utenti danneggiano in qualsiasi modo i legittimi diritti e interessi dell'operatore LidarFlash e delle sue affiliate come reputazione o goodwill;
3.3.7 L'operatore LidarFlash ha altre ragioni ragionevoli per ritenere necessario interrompere o terminare la fornitura di servizi LidarFlash agli utenti.
Se gli utenti non hanno utilizzato effettivamente i servizi LidarFlash entro qualsiasi periodo continuo di 90 giorni dopo aver richiesto l'apertura dei servizi LidarFlash, l'operatore LidarFlash ha il diritto, nell'ambito consentito dalle leggi e dai regolamenti, di scegliere di adottare una qualsiasi delle seguenti misure:
3.4.1 Riciclare l'account utente;
3.4.2 Riciclare il nickname utente;
3.4.3 Interrompere la fornitura di servizi LidarFlash all'utente.
Se gli utenti scelgono di collegare i loro account LidarFlash agli account di terze parti cooperati dall'operatore LidarFlash, ad eccezione della relazione di scollegamento auto degli utenti, se si verifica una qualsiasi delle seguenti circostanze, gli account di terze parti collegati degli utenti potrebbero anche essere scollegati, e l'operatore LidarFlash non assume alcuna responsabilità nei confronti degli utenti o di qualsiasi terza parte:
3.5.1 Gli utenti violano gli accordi utente di terze parti o le relative disposizioni;
3.5.2 Gli utenti violano leggi e regolamenti e politiche nazionali o il presente Accordo;
3.5.3 La piattaforma o l'attività dell'account di terze parti è stata chiusa;
3.5.4 La piattaforma dell'account di terze parti richiede lo scollegamento;
3.5.5 Richiesto da leggi e regolamenti e politiche nazionali o autorità competenti;
3.5.6 L'operatore LidarFlash ritiene ragionevolmente necessario scollegare.
Gli utenti possono modificare autonomamente il nome account, nickname, avatar, profilo, ecc. nelle informazioni di registrazione (di seguito denominato "informazioni account"), ma devono rispettare leggi e regolamenti correlati e non devono contenere informazioni illegali e cattive.
Gli utenti che registrano account LidarFlash e creano, pubblicano e distribuiscono contenuti informativi devono utilizzare informazioni di identità veritiere e informazioni personali, e non possono registrarsi con informazioni di identità residente false o impersonate, informazioni correlate aziendali; e non possono utilizzare informazioni fuorvianti che fanno sì che altri credano che l'account abbia associazioni con altri individui o organizzazioni, inclusi ma non limitati a nomi, avatar o profili che fanno sì che le persone credano erroneamente che l'account sia associato ad altri individui o istituzioni.
Senza l'autorizzazione dei titolari dei diritti correlati, gli utenti non possono registrare account LidarFlash a nome di altri o altre organizzazioni, né possono registrare account LidarFlash con informazioni fuorvianti, inclusi ma non limitati a nomi, avatar o profili che fanno sì che le persone credano erroneamente che l'account sia associato ad altri individui o istituzioni.
Quando le agenzie di notizie e governative aprono account LidarFlash, oltre a utilizzare i servizi LidarFlash in conformità con le disposizioni del presente Accordo, devono rispettare leggi e regolamenti correlati, regole organizzative e requisiti di regolamentazione.
4.2.1 L'account media è l'account di certificazione istituzionale aperto da unità di notizie con qualifiche di notizie statutarie su LidarFlash. Gli account media devono accettare la gestione unificata delle autorità di notizie e delle autorità di rete quando utilizzano i servizi LidarFlash.
4.2.2 L'account governativo è l'account di certificazione istituzionale aperto da organi di partito e governo, partiti democratici, organizzazioni popolari a tutti i livelli. Gli account governativi devono accettare la gestione unificata delle autorità di rete quando utilizzano i servizi LidarFlash e gestire secondo le proprie responsabilità, statuti e requisiti di gestione delle unità superiori.
Gli utenti comprendono e accettano che una volta che le seguenti informazioni sono confermate e presentate dagli utenti, non possono essere modificate a causa di difetti di contenuto (inclusi ma non limitati a errori, incompletezza, insoddisfazione, ecc.), e le perdite e le conseguenze causate da questo saranno sopportate indipendentemente dagli utenti:
4.3.1 Informazioni account che l'operatore LidarFlash stabilisce non possono essere modificate dopo la conferma.
4.3.2 Nome dominio account LidarFlash;
L'operatore LidarFlash stabilirà e migliorerà il sistema di gestione della sicurezza delle informazioni utente e implementerà misure di prevenzione della sicurezza tecnica. L'operatore LidarFlash proteggerà i contenuti sulla privacy dell'utente coinvolti nell'utilizzo dei servizi LidarFlash degli utenti.
Per i contenuti LidarFlash pubblicati o memorizzati dagli utenti su LidarFlash, l'operatore LidarFlash consiglia agli utenti di eseguire backup irregolarmente da soli. Gli utenti comprendono e accettano che se gli utenti interrompono attivamente l'utilizzo dei servizi LidarFlash attraverso la funzione di cancellazione account o i servizi LidarFlash vengono terminati o cancellati, l'operatore LidarFlash non può restituire o fornire alcun dato agli utenti.
Per mantenere l'operazione stabile della piattaforma LidarFlash, garantire la qualità dell'esperienza utente, senza la preventiva autorizzazione scritta dell'operatore LidarFlash, nessuno può implementare comportamenti automatizzati sulla piattaforma LidarFlash o pubblicare informazioni spam.
4.5.1 Il comportamento automatizzato si riferisce al comportamento di pubblicare dinami LidarFlash, commenti, messaggi o fare attenzione, mi piace, raccolta dati, ecc. in una frequenza molto più alta rispetto agli utenti normali o ovviamente diversa dalle persone normali senza il consenso dell'operatore LidarFlash, sia indipendentemente dagli utenti o autorizzato o assistito da terzi.
4.5.2 Le informazioni spam si riferiscono all'utilizzo non autorizzato di account LidarFlash (inclusi account LidarFlash ordinari registrati in batch attraverso mezzi fraudolenti, ecc.) per pubblicare informazioni di marketing, informazioni prive di significato o informazioni di acquisto fan in dinami LidarFlash, commenti, messaggi, informazioni account senza il consenso dell'operatore LidarFlash.
Gli utenti comprendono e accettano che l'operatore LidarFlash ha il diritto di giudicare se il comportamento dell'account dell'utente costituisce comportamento automatizzato o se le informazioni pubblicate dall'account dell'utente sono informazioni spam attraverso metodi di rilevamento e verifica secondo regole tecniche, e adottare misure correlate per gestirlo. Tutte le misure di trattamento si basano sui record del backend della piattaforma LidarFlash per tutti i dati e le informazioni (inclusi ma non limitati a record di operazioni dell'account, dinami LidarFlash, commenti, mi piace, ecc.).
Poiché il presupposto di esistenza dei servizi LidarFlash è l'account fornito dagli utenti quando richiedono l'apertura dei servizi LidarFlash, gli utenti non dovrebbero trasferire o prestare i propri account e password ad altri per l'utilizzo. Se gli utenti scoprono che i propri account o servizi LidarFlash sono utilizzati illegalmente da altri, devono notificare immediatamente l'operatore LidarFlash. Per perdite di account e password causate da comportamenti di hacker o negligenza propria degli utenti che l'operatore LidarFlash non può controllare, gli utenti devono assumersi le corrispondenti responsabilità.
Gli utenti accettano che l'operatore LidarFlash possa collocare vari annunci commerciali o qualsiasi altro tipo di informazioni commerciali (incluso ma non limitato al collocamento di annunci su qualsiasi pagina del sito web della piattaforma LidarFlash) in vari modi durante la fornitura di servizi LidarFlash, e gli utenti accettano di accettare che l'operatore LidarFlash invii informazioni promozionali di prodotti o altre informazioni commerciali correlate agli utenti attraverso email, messaggi privati o altri modi.
Per promuovere meglio la condivisione e la promozione delle informazioni, gli utenti autorizzano l'operatore LidarFlash a utilizzare i contenuti LidarFlash su LidarFlash e sui suoi prodotti e servizi affiliati, e a concedere in licenza i suddetti contenuti a terzi per scopi di promozione. L'autorizzazione degli utenti all'operatore LidarFlash e alle sue società affiliate non cambia la proprietà e l'attribuzione dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale dei contenuti pubblicati, né influisce sull'esercizio da parte degli utenti dei loro diritti legittimi sui contenuti pubblicati.
Gli utenti dovrebbero parlare in modo civile quando utilizzano i servizi LidarFlash e rispettare i diritti di personalità e identità degli altri utenti secondo le leggi, e stabilire congiuntamente un ambiente sociale di rete armonioso, civile e cortese.
Quando utilizzano i servizi LidarFlash, gli utenti devono seguire i seguenti principi:
4.10.1 Non devono violare le leggi e i regolamenti della Repubblica Popolare Cinese e i relativi trattati o regole internazionali;
4.10.2 Non devono violare i protocolli di rete, regolamenti, procedure e regole industriali relativi ai servizi di rete e LidarFlash;
4.10.3 Non devono eseguire alcun comportamento che possa influire negativamente sul normale funzionamento di Internet o della rete mobile;
4.10.4 Non devono caricare, visualizzare o distribuire qualsiasi materiale informativo non veritiero e falso, impersonante, molesto, calunnioso, attaccante, insultante, discriminatorio razziale, diffamatorio, che viola la privacy, pornografico osceno, plagiario malevolo, violento, sanguinoso, suicida, autolesionista o qualsiasi altro materiale informativo illegale;
4.10.5 Non devono violare i legittimi diritti e interessi di individui, imprese e istituzioni o organizzazioni sociali, inclusi ma non limitati a diritti di brevetto, diritti d'autore, marchi, o diritti di nome, diritti di reputazione, diritti d'onore, diritti di immagine, diritti di privacy, ecc.;
4.10.6 Non devono utilizzare i servizi LidarFlash per qualsiasi altro scopo illegale.
4.10.7 Non devono danneggiare in qualsiasi modo i legittimi diritti e interessi dell'operatore LidarFlash e delle sue affiliate come reputazione o goodwill;
4.10.8 Non devono impegnarsi in qualsiasi altro comportamento che influenzi il normale funzionamento dell'operatore LidarFlash, distrugga il modello aziendale LidarFlash o danneggi l'ecosistema LidarFlash;
4.10.9 Non devono danneggiare in qualsiasi modo l'immagine degli organi nazionali e dei governi;
Per le regole di utilizzo specifiche e le istruzioni di determinati servizi LidarFlash specifici, l'operatore LidarFlash annuncia, notifica, avverte o altri contenuti in vari modi (inclusi ma non limitati ad annunci di pagina web, notifiche di sistema, messaggi, promemoria SMS, ecc.), tutti considerati come parte del presente Accordo, e se gli utenti utilizzano tali servizi LidarFlash, sono considerati accettare il contenuto di tali annunci, notifiche, avvisi, ecc.
L'operatore LidarFlash ha il diritto di rivedere, supervisionare e gestire i comportamenti e le informazioni degli utenti che utilizzano i servizi LidarFlash, inclusi ma non limitati alle informazioni utente.
